Reporting Concerns
We encourage the reporting of concerns related to unethical behavior, unlawful conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or other violations of our policies or standards of conduct.
Concerns may be reported in a confidential manner using the same reporting channels established by the company for internal concerns, including reporting to our designated external Human Resources contact.
Confidentiality & Non‑Retaliation
Reports are handled with discretion and treated as confidential to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an appropriate review or investigation. We prohibit retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, raises a concern or participates in an investigation.
Review & Response
Reported concerns are reviewed promptly and, where appropriate, investigated by qualified and impartial parties. Corrective action is taken when warranted.
