Leadership

CEO

Rick Karn

Rick Karn was born and raised in Woodward, OK and is Co-founder and CEO of NetFabric in Oklahoma City, OK. He and his wife, Rachel Karn, have three children and reside in Edmond, OK.

He is a proud infantry Marine. He enlisted into the Marine Corps his senior year of high school and left home on that journey 12 days later. His enlistment led to life- long friends, endless memories, and global travel. After an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, Rick attended Oklahoma State University as a construction management major.

Rick never went into construction. He stumbled into the IT field almost 2 decades ago and never left. Thus, has a passion for growing the IT talent in the State of Oklahoma. Today he is the CEO of NetFabric, an SMB / Enterprise focused Managed Services Practice. Karn is also the co-owner of two other business with his wife, Rachel. RK2 Properties, (a residential property holding company) and Karne Asada, (a small cow calf operation in NW Oklahoma).

When Rick is not working, you’ll find him hanging out with his family. He also enjoys poker, bourbon, hunting, and fishing.

VP, Sales

Craig Raymond

Craig Raymond is Vice-President of Sales at NetFabric, a company that provides complete IT Solutions for Internet Service Providers and Enterprise businesses across all industries. He began his career in 1985 with a Bachelors in Computer Science and doing Software Development for NASA and NASA contractors. Later he moved into Network Engineering and was IT Director for three different companies. The second half of his career has been dedicated to building and providing Managed and Professional Services Solutions for clients around the world. He is a member of many thought leadership groups regarding IT Managed Services Providers and has provided Managed Services for hundreds of clients nationwide.
VP, Technology & Strategy

Rob Nordmark

Robert Nordmark is the Vice Principal of Technology and Strategy at NetFabric. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Technology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma.
Before joining NetFabric, Robert served as the CIO/CTO for research and education networks in Oklahoma and Arkansas, where he played a pivotal role in:
• Providing technology oversight for engineering departments.
• Building strategic relationships with research institutions in Oklahoma and Arkansas, as well as national research organizations.
With extensive experience in the service provider industry, Robert now leads technology operations, infrastructure management, and support services at NetFabric. He is responsible for driving IT strategy, optimizing system performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Outside of work, Robert enjoys cycling and spending time with his two sons.
VP, Engineering & Professional Services

Paul Donaldson

Paul Donaldson is an Executive Consultant at NetFabric, LLC. He is well-qualified as a trusted advisor to communication service providers with his background in responsive customer service, requirements gathering, solution implementation, and post-implementation as well as creative problem resolution.

His 40+ years of experience is foundational to leading a team that provides technical services and support on both enterprise and service provider IT systems and network infrastructure leveraging his deep familiarity with optical, routing, switching, and broadband access networking technologies. As a sales engineer for most of his career, Paul understands the value of delivering to the expectations of the client and is sensitive to the business impact of successful service support.

Outdoor adventures such as fishing, hiking, and traveling to see the natural wonders on this earth round out Paul’s passion to enjoy life to its fullest.

VP, Finance

Hubert Smith

Hubert Smith is the VP of Finance at NetFabric in Oklahoma City, OK. Hubert holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Prior to joining NetFabric, Hubert spent time auditing for public accounting firms, accounting at publicly traded oil & gas companies, and joining a start-up in the EV remanufacturing & recycling space. He has experience in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, system integrations, special projects, acquisitions & divestitures (thank you oil & gas), and internal control documentation.

Hubert enjoys traveling with his wife, attending concerts, playing pickleball, finding great local restaurants, and spending time with friends and family around the pool during the summer.

CTO

Jason Eberly

Jason Eberly is the CTO of NetFabric, and has spent three decades (give or take) becoming adept at building, supporting, managing, and playing with various computer and network systems, both personally and professionally. He has engaged in implementations, support, architecture, information security, you name it - in both supervisory and subordinate capacities - mostly in and around the Financial Services and Investment Banking industry. Afflicted with an insatiable appetite for all things technical, he is always on the lookout for new and interesting tricks and tools and techniques (and toys!)
Customer Experience Managers and Project Managers Team Leader

Jeremy

Jeremy leads a team of Customer Experience Managers and Project Managers at NetFabric, consistently striving to uphold the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction for all stakeholders. With over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, Jeremy has served in a wide range of roles, including Field Network Technician, Cyber Security Defense Analyst, Network Engineer, Systems Administrator, and Project Manager.

Jeremy holds an Associate's Degree in Cyber Security and Networking from Rose State College, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Ethics from Mid-America Christian University. In addition, Jeremy has completed over four years of professional development training, refining his communication, organizational, and management skills. Jeremy's expertise spans diverse sectors, including state government, education, non-profit, and the global corporate space.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Jeremy enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with his wife and children.

Manager of IT Operations

Zach Carr

Zachary Carr is the Manager of IT Operations at NetFabric IT Solutions, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and operations. Holding a BBA in Management Information Systems, Zachary has extensive experience as a Systems Engineer, giving him deep technical expertise in systems infrastructure, security, and performance tuning.

In his role, Zachary oversees the daily operations of the Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of client infrastructure. His strategic management skills and process-driven approach enable him to bridge the gap between operational efficiency and business objectives. Committed to continuous improvement, he has implemented processes that enhance response capabilities, minimize downtime, and uphold the highest standards of service delivery—driving success for NetFabric’s clients.

Outside of work, Zachary enjoys cooking and traveling with his wife, always seeking new experiences and flavors to explore.

Director of Engineering Operations

Sky Pettett

Sky Pettett is the Director of Engineering Operations at NetFabric. With a Master’s degree in Technology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma, Sky brings a wealth of expertise in networking and engineering operations.

Before joining NetFabric, Sky served as the Senior Director of Network Services and Chief Broadband Officer for Oklahoma's research education network, where he played a key role in advancing network infrastructure and broadband initiatives.

At NetFabric, Sky manages and directs the engineering and field services departments. His deep understanding of networking technologies and operational leadership drives efficiency and innovation within the organization.

Outside of work, Sky enjoys 3D printing (resin and FDM), exploring new hobbies, and spending quality time with his family.

Business Operations Manager

Amber Cross

Amber Cross is the Business Operations Manager at NetFabric, where she drives operational excellence and process innovation. She works across departments to optimize workflows, integrate technology solutions, and enhance business performance.

With a background in strategic planning, operational management, and public relations, Amber has led initiatives to improve efficiency and streamline processes. Before NetFabric, she served as Director of Strategic Planning and Communications and held leadership roles in real estate operations, refining her expertise in process optimization and client relations.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys exploring new places, diving into a great book, and spending quality time with family and friends.
