This is a customer service position that provides business operations support to business leaders across the US. This position is the main point of contact for customer support and service adjustments made in a proprietary business operations system. In addition, this position supports day-to-day operations of partner businesses within their assigned region. This role may include travel throughout the contiguous United States, averaging two weeks per month, to support partner locations. The Business Operations Specialist will train local business leaders and staff on proprietary operations software. NetFabric is a rapidly growing enterprise Managed Services Provider based in the Oklahoma City area. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated team members to join our team. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to learn hands-on working alongside seasoned IT veterans and acquire valuable skills and experience.

 

Operations Support Specialist duties and responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve operational problems within the defined areas.
  • Will work in and aid specifically in proprietary business operations system.
  • Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
  • Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all field businesses.

 

Required Education/Qualifications for Operations Support Specialist:

  • Light technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports.
  • Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer service.
